Menachem Ohayon, co-founder and logistics director
brings years of expertise in the kosher travel industry. He oversees the full operational flow of each project — from scouting one-of-a-kind properties to coordinating logistics, security, and guest services.
Gili, the company’s Executive Chef and Creative Director
brings over a decade of experience in kosher catering and hospitality across Europe and the U.S. Her culinary approach highlights local ingredients, authentic traditions, and a deep respect for halachic standards.
